I have been desiring to start a blog for awhile now and I'm so thrilled to finally be taking it on! Anyone who knows me would tell you that I have a way with words! I love to write! I always have. 

I have a really big story! A powerful one! One that I've never felt more empowered to write about and share than I do right now! It's been a long, challenging yet beautiful and breathtaking journey to this moment. So many mistakes, so many let downs, so many lessons, so many beginnings, so many miracles, so many highs after the lows, so much wisdom and learning, so much beauty and grace...

Let me tell you some basics about me and explain a little about what you'll find here! 

I am a recovering addict! I think that's the biggest thing you should know, because that is where this wild journey really begins. My sobriety date is January 2nd, 2018. Which means I've been continuously sober and clean for 5 years. By the grace of the universe. 

I am 32 years old, engaged to be married to my best friend and fellow recovering addict (that's a juicy story you'll have to read about) and we have 3 absolutely beautiful little boys!
